Operation Mobilization Ireland is located in Kilkenny. The city proper has a population of 8,661, but including environs is 22,179; it is the Republic of Ireland's smallest city both by area and population. It is the only city in the Republic that is not tidal (Wikipedia).I've never seen the Atlantic Ocean and it just occurred to me that I will be flying over it!
